Enjoy your bread to the fullest with these recipe ideas!

Bread, bread, bread, so many ways to eat it!


1. A Sandwich for Anywhere, Anytime:



  • Ripe tomato slices, sprinkled with salt and pepper

  • Butter lettuce or lettuce of your choosing

  • Dijon mustard

  • Sprouts

  • Smoked or honey roasted turkey or ham, sliced

  • Crisp cooked sliced bacon (optional)

  • Challah, Buttermilk white, Struan or Pullman loaf, toasted, one sliced toasted with sliced of grated Gruyere cheese

Stack to your liking for a spectacular anytime sandwich!


2. Prosciutto Sourdough Sandwich:



  • Thinly sliced Prosciutto di Parma

  • Dijon mustard

  • Ripe tomato slices, sprinkled with salt and pepper

  • Arugula (optional)

  • Sliced sourdough bread

Spread both slices of bread with dijon mustard. Arrange prosciutto, tomato and optional

arugula on top bread, top with another slice of bread. Allow sandwich to sit 30 minutes

or more before eating.


3. And of course, sometimes simple is the best!



Enjoy lightly toasted slices of Struan or Sourdough with a smear of Délice de

Bourgogne by Lincet for a great snack or with a salad for a light lunch!
